Where your donation goes
Wages
Shoreline trainees are paid the daily award rate for all work with our partner businesses.
Clothing and Gear
Shoreline trainees are provided with a uniform and all necessary equipment.
Travel
Shoreline endeavours to offer every Shoreline trainee the opportunity to travel to another location to meet others taking part in the program. Each year two Shoreline trainees are awarded a scholarship which includes an international tour to visit partner businesses and lodges.
Additional Training
Shoreline provides a range of additional training for trainees beyond their program commitments, including work placements with our partners.
