Trip to Cairns

Celebrating the formal signing of the new Year 11 Trainees to their traineeship contracts, after successfully completing their four week trial. The trainees will be working with Experience Co, an adventure tourism company, on the Dreamtime dive and snorkel cultural reef tours. They will complete their studies with schooltech at TAFE Qld. 

The Year 12 Trainees are also currently attending the International Marine College one day a week, completing their Cert II in Maritime Operations.

The team hosted a dinner for the Cairns based members of the Shoreline Junior Committee. This is a new program for trainee graduates that acknowledges their unique experience through Shoreline. Here they discussed program delivery and their observations of trainees in the workplace.

All in all an exciting and prosperous time for Shoreline Trainees and graduates! So proud of the growth and commitment of the Shoreline representatives up in Cairns.
